  • Petrochromis Othognathus "Ikola"

Picked these up last weekend and got them on the Sunny meal plan to get them breeding quick. Thanks Thai! They are a sweet addition to the 450 and complement the BG and Moshi Mahale.

    Picture time!

Pretty simple actually : feed them regularly with good quality food including a good variety of pellets.

Never had a lot of luck with breeding while i see other members pumping out the fry.
I feed the trophs and cyphos a combo of NLS and Kens Flake but i think they are are missing something.

People too afraid to feed their fish large quantities of food in fear of bloat. Those who feed more and keep clean water are most successful at breeding.
