  • Exodon Paradoxus

I finally got my hands on some Exodon Paradoxus! Unfortunately, it wasn't the amount I had hoped for, and there were some minor complications. But in the end, I'm highly satisfied and will get more! I want to thank Homeless Aquatics (Tim) for bringing in such beauties!

When I first put these guys in, they were already attacking my arm! Amazing! About 3 hours later and they're finally schooling/shoaling. They weren't so eager to bite my arm since they found some leftover pellets, but they were already showing slight aggression. Good signs of healthy fish. Things are great so far! Only 2 total casualties. 1 DOA and 1 dead after introducing. Total remaining count... 18

    Pictures/videos soon to come.

They're still somewhat attacking my hand after 3 hours. Not as aggressive as the first few minutes of being in the tank (didn't catch on video).

Better. Piranhas are too skittish. Can't wait for them to be completely settled. That'll be a sight to see

Fair warning. These guys will try to eat anything that don't look like them

Planning to get maybe 80 more. That will look a lot nicer. We'll see what happens
