IS the glass just water stained or just needs cleaned.

i think its just needs cleaning...we just moved it in here and left it and took pics and ive just been really busy to even mess with it.

when my friend moved it over here he said it held water therefore the stains...

but let me go home later tonight and try to scrape as much as i can off to be sure

i know the 2 outer holes are plugged up and the middle plug got lost during the move so im gonna goto lowes and find another one and plug it up and fill it with a lil water and see if it holds...=)
