      Re: Low maintenance planted tank

Mark, the photo was taken a couple of months back with only a few yamato shrimp & algae eater fish. Currently I have 100 pcs of
tetras & a few black molly.
      My tank size is 4x2x2.
      thank you.

Looks great, you have some of my absolute favorite plants in there.  :)  You mentioned "fern," what type? I see the bolbitis on the right, if I'm not mistaken...

            Re: Low maintenance planted tank

The tank gets about 3 to 4 hours of natural sunlight and 2 hours of Fluorescent tube (2x30W ADA & Arcadia tube)
the plants on the left side is the narrow leaf fern & bolbitis is on the left.
I'm not from Texas, it is difficult to get the plants in Houston?
Can anyone recommend any fish shop around Houston or Sugarland thats sell plants.

Village Tropical has a nice selection of plants. www villagetropical com.
              It's on Shepherd near 59.
You might also check out www aquaticplantcentral com and look for the forum group for Nature Aquarium Society of Houston. I believe they do a lot of plant swapping.

              Nice tank!
