    You Guys abd Gals

    I've been reading ya'lls posts since I got back on here and I'm just blown away at how kind and wonderful you all are.

    When I see people losing tanks to whatever disaster, some times even through their own mistakes or bad choices along with their water babies, and the way you all jump in and offer to loan tanks, give fish, plants...just whatever it is that a member needs to recover, I swear it makes me all mushy inside.

    I've never meet a group as fine as you all are. One of these days I do want to meet as many of you as I can. But look out because I'm a hugger and I come from a long like of them so it's in the genes. I wish you all could know what you've done to my heart. It's so full of respect and affection towards you that it might pop.

    Thanks, its a very great group and community. Come out to a meeting sometime, we do them monthly and there are a LOT of us that do go. Make sure and introduce yourself, they get a bit crazy and just making the rounds and saying hello to everyone takes a good bit of time. Its a fun collection of folks across a lot of different social groups.

      Thank you, There are a lot of great people on this site. it's what keeps me coming back. But there has been a few not so nice posters. The moderators and the owner of the site put an end to it pretty quick. Keeps the site family oriented.

        We all have been through good and bad times in the hobby, so whatever knowledge and advice we can give is gladly offered.

        roy we should do name tags with HFB names during meetings haha so many people i later put faces to the handles on here (or i completely miss meeting them and they were right next to me). i know i am guilty of not introducing myself :)

          Austin actually has a file in the Houston Cichlid Club Facebook page that has a compiled list of HFB usernames to who they are on there
          Its a private group, so you'll need to join and then here is the link

            Glad to have you back onboard! We fish nerds gotta look out for each other! The kindness is definitely a value deeply-rooted in this community, pretty awesome to be a part of
