I think my new LED lights are causing brown algae growth, anyone heard of this?... Is there a solution other than different lights?... also noticed alot of air bubbles forming in the tank now.

Lights alone cant produce algae, you must have higher phosphates or nitrates, both of which are probably masked by chaeto (read zero) in your system if you run a fuge
