    I'm in the process of setting up my 120g fowlr tank. Looking to upgrade skimmer. Came down to these 2 skimmer. The reef octopus xs160. Or the eshopps s-200. Or for 300$ which skimmer would you get.

    I would go for the reef octopus , city pets have one of those under one tank u can see it in action
    125 gal-P. Kachase,simochromis, vampire pleco,bn pleco,bulldog pleco

    55 gal- Ilangis ,clown pleco,abn pleco,rubber lip pleco

    55 gal-Canary cheek,Ikola,duboisi, and fry

    10 gal -fry tank,snails

      Reef octopus is one of the better brands.

      I'm never seen a RO not pull a bunch of skimate.
      I ate my fish that died.

        City pet is using the xs225 for the frag tank. I was looking at that one but I don't think it would fit in my sump. So have to get the smaller one. But then I saw the eshopps s200. It has the same pump as the xs225.

        Eshopps s-200 = psk1000
        diablo xs160 = psk600

            diablo = 275$
