Does it have legs and move around faster than a starfish?

If so....get it out ASAP. It's a zoa eating nudibranch.

I have done battle with them before and it can get ugly.

Those are some micro starfish. I forgot what they're called. I remember him having some of them and trying to get more of them. He didn't have any pests that I knew of.

I had some coming out of my live sand when my SW tank was running. It looks like a star fish BUT one of the leg is shorter than the other right?

Asterina stars. Typically referred to as a pest starfish as they reproduce quickly. Some like them some don't. Some had them eat corals, some didn't. What's available on the net seems wishy-washy.

Yup. It's just that some people "claim" that they eat corals, so a lot of people get rid of them asap. If you don't want it, I'll take it lol

Q got them a while back and was looking to get more from other people.

                          I haven't had a problem with them.

I wish I had a lot more of them.

Always wanted a part of harlequins but didn't want to buy start fish for them every week.

When you buy live sand you'll get a bunch of those things coming out the sand at night
