You might want to hide the women. As of right now, there is a large Louisiana contingent heading that way...

The last time we saw those folks, our women said that they could stand their groud against those pansies

I'm excited! Less than 2 weeks away! I'll be scrounging up a few plants, some unused equipment, and maybe a few fish.

Wishlist? Hmmm... hoping for some Chili Rasboras, and maybe either Apistos or Kribs.

Dream items? Some old vintage 1940-1960 fishkeeping supplies, tanks, decorations, and equipment.

              Mmm, Steakfish...

                I plan to be there!!!

I have survived back surgery and am much improved. Thinking of bringing the following:

Angelfish - mostly Koi, some pearlscale
                Cherry Shrimp
                Julidochromus Marlieri
                Lots of Plants
                Odds and ends
                Maybe Albino bristlenose

                What is everyone else bringing?

Are the Marlieri Gombe or Kissi Bemba?

                        danielp,

I bought the parents of the Jul. Marlieri from an auction at least 5 years ago. There was no location, but they are pretty fish. I will take a picture and try to post it.

Picture taken today with flash. Blue is not quite so obvious under regular light.

                              Thanks

Looks like they have yellow in them which indicates the Gombe type.
