removing anemones

what is the best way to move a good anemone? like how do you get under its foot and scrape it off a rock? i am thinking for a bta please

with mine I just slowly pull on the foot with my fingernail and work them off the rock, it's worked great with my rbta and all my maxis

Just use it to nudge the base, they come right off
