  • New life to my 72 Gallon (New Pictures W/Flash 10/14) (BIG thanks To Mikeb144!!!)

So after 5 years of having 30+ mbuna I finally got rid of all of them and changed things up. Still not quite sure if the wifes really ok wife it or not, she did help pick out many of them, and they were her babies that had babies. New fish will be in tomorrow. I think she'll enjoy them. Here's a picture I took real quick of the re-scape, I like it for its simplicity. All I know is the Giraffe Nose Catfish has found a place in mamma's heart so he has to stay for a while.......

New life to my 72 Gallon

Giraffe catfish, some type of loach, haven't decided yet, I may pick up some new clowns, but I'm gonna see if there's something new for me out there, and then my show piece fish. Something I've kept before, and something I want to keep again, and actually devote the time to raising and watching them grow and mature.

New life to my 72 Gallon

Not this time. However I am going to begin working that angle if the wife doesn't take an interest in her tank soon.

Livestock arrived home at 8:40 p.m. tonight. It was a long(quick) trip out to the golden triangle, but soooooo worth it!!!! I'd like to recognize Mikeb144. These fish are awesome!!!. Thank you so much for your time, knowledge, expertise, and kindness!!! This man has more frontosa on hand than most of the stores around houston combined. Beautiful, healty, show tank quality fish Mike! I came home with 12 beautiful F1 Cyphotilapia frontosa burundi. These pictures are do no justice but seeing how stressed they are and tired I am, better pictures will have to wait until tomorrow.
