  • Gonna dig a pond

Well I tried 811 and they are only going to alert center point gas and electric, but I'm sure there are water lines and phone lines that I need to know about. Any idea who else I can call to find everything. Thanks

Awesome! Are you going to dig the hole or are you hiring people to do it for you? I want to dig a hole my backyard too, but I have no clue where the lines are at.

I'm gonna dig it but was thinking about renting a back hoe. Which is why I want to know where everything is so I don't mess anything up lol.

A back what? If I manage to get my lazy butt out there and dig a hole, I'm gonna be using a shovel... and a bunch of my neighbors!

That is frickin awesome. i want my own pond again. Use to have a nice 1 acre pond on my property out in Crockett that ran about 15' deep. Stocked it full of huge LM Bass I caught out of surrounding cow ponds.

What you planning of stocking it with?

Not 100% sure yet. Thought about a red tail and some koi, but idk how i would keep it heated during the colder months...
