  • Fish sighting!

Was at fish r us today. Not the cleanest tanks but I like talking with the owner. They had 1.5" hill stream loaches for 15 and really nice platinum angels for 13. Both of these displays were clean and the fish looked good and recent.

Any idea which species of hillstream they were?

What are the facts? Again and again and again--what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore devine revelation, forget what "the stars foretell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history"--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your only clue.

They appear to me to be Reticulated Hillstream Loaches (Sewillia lineolata) and they are 1.25 - 1.5" long which appears to be a pretty good size for these in LFS.
