Traditionally it's gone off the grid just as much as other parts! But today we were money. The flood gates opened later in the morning and the water receded. But the flooding kept our ER virtually empty cuz no one could get to it except the near-death kids coming in by copter! 4 resuscitations in, the ER became a ghost town.
