  • Who's down for a photo comp?

Same rules as last time when me and mike went at it.

Post the best five shots of fish, corals, plants, etc.

I prefer two other members besides me and mike bc we went already.

But if there are no takers, I'll step up! :)

      Basically:

      1) Each post five shots.
      2) There is be a poll.
      3) Anyone can vote.
      4) Keep the voting period open for 3-4 weeks?
      5) Person with the most votes for their best five wins.

No rewards, but you get great feed back on how to improve your pictures. :)

Might be interested. Gives me a reason to go get in the pond this season.

Fish have to be an aquarium or pond only, or just aquarium? What about in the wild?

My assumption would be photo correcting, but not photoshopping - two different things in my book

White balance is one thing but cloning out stuff is different.

                          im down.

but as for photoshop.... i think all is fair. As long as the edits aren't overly done and generally adds to the photograph without being obtrusive.

instead of a head to head competition...

why don't we just have it like the photo of the month contest. Each person submits 5 pictures... it'll be great if 4-5 people do it. Members then can rate each picture 1-5 and the person with the most "points" wins.
