Yea everybody says good things about these flakes so yes. I'm tired of buying little jars. I go through it fast you know big fish eat alot

Its good stuff for sure. Also look at the spiralina max flake. I use that too, just like Troph flake but more spiralina in it. Ok got you down for 5lbs.
