I'm going to build the sump for my 56 gallon in the next day or so. The tank I would like to use has had Clout used in it. Is Clout reef safe? If not, should I go buy a different tank? I don't really want to but will if I have to.
The layout I'm thinking of using is having the drain come in to a baffled section with live rock, then a fuge section with a DSB/mangroves/macro/liverock, then a bubble trap baffle and a sponge/purigen/carbon in the last section. I may or may not add a skimmer to the first section at a later time and I'm not sure how much live rock I will actually have in the sump until I'm done scaping. Suggestions?
