Well, ecotech gets a 5 star rating from me!

I currently have two vortech PM40w. They both ran fine for months. However, lately one had a wetside/dryside separation issue. The problem was very hard to predict. The pump can go weeks without any separation but somethings it would separate a few times a week. I figure it would be hard for ecotech to detect the problem if the pump wouldn't separate while they were testing it. I follow the website instructions and shipped the unit back to ecotech.

The unit came back earlier this week but I haven't had the chance to get home until earlier today. Opened the box and notice that they shipped me a brand new wetside and even serviced my dryside. Thing looks brand new! The only way I could tell it was my used unit was the fact that my old vin number was still on it. Just installed the pump and it runs smoother than it did before. No separation as of now.

The warranty process was very effortless. I just sent the unit in along with a "problems form" and ecotech took care of the rest!
