  • box turtles...

    well i got 2 55s that i am not using.. one got hair line cracks, which i kinda fixed and the other i got it really cheap, but all the trim on it is breaking apart, so i figure i can turn those into box turtle setup, i was going to go with snakes, but all the snakes i like goes well over 1000, which i am not going to spend anytime soon... would those be big enough for box turtle?

    box turtles are best to be outdoor enclosures.
    55 maybe can hold hatchings for awaile...
    not good for adults..

          I keep 3 box turtles in my back yard...so yeah they roam free all over the place..

              no not really...they go under cover in the shade...houston summer is no problem....actually there are some native species of box tutles found here in the houston area and sourrounding areas..

                  try pearland area...brazos area...or towards or near trinity...eventhough they are not aquatic they like stiking close to wet areas.....
