  • Restocking my 125g [Suggestions?]

    I am considering restocking my 125g with different cichlids, it currently homes;
    ,
    1x male Jag 6''
    2x Oscar 9''/6''
    1x Tiretrack Eel 7''
    1x Firemouth 5''
    1x Blood Parrot 5''
    1x male Convict 5''
1x male Flowerhorn or Trimac 4''

I know I want to keep the largest Oscar, Jag, Blood Parrot, Convict and Tiretrack Eel. Can anyone suggest more colorful Cichlids? I have my mind set on getting 1 or a pair of Salvinis. Maybe even a Festae. Trying to go a more smaller route, maybe 6''-8'' at biggest.

Green terrors, grammodes, dimidichromis comprisseps (african, but get's bigger and can hold his own w/ sa/ca) maybe some sort of vieja, like a synipisllum or a blackbelt.
    ‎Haiku's are easy
But sometimes they don't make sense

Some reason I find GT to be a very ugly fish.

if you are looking for color then you should try either salvini or cubans

Salvini are always good. Cubans always reminded me of Jags kinda. It's the markings.

I've been quite fascinated by Salvini's for awhile now. Can you suggest a good place to get ones that have good coloring?

I think Rico may have a pair for sale.

Size? I need larger ones because juveniles or frys will become lunch.:icon_hang:

I got some 3'' Festaes today and my Jag is already trying to get a hold of them....Good thing I got a few pieces of driftwood in there for hiding spots.

                            $10 feeders....

                              My tank:

There is another one that is about this one's same size.

My tank is now way overstocked and I need to move some of them out. Although since it's a 6ft tank it seems very spacious.
