  • sexing green terrors

i have 2 male green terrors (of this i'm certain) and last night i purchased a what appears to be very pregnant green terror, which i'm assuming is a girl.

my question is, how do you know if its a girl?

i ask becaue my dominant male has been chasing and attacking her. shes scared spitless. so it has me concerned that it isn't a female, just a male with bloat. the belly is very large, and dropped downward. i put dominant male in a timeout box for a bit, to chill him out, but hes goin after her again.

is this normal mating behavior? currently, De Lahoya (my oscar) is defending her.

umm... yea bout that. what does it look like? i'm going to say no on that one...only cause nothing looked like it was popping out, but depending on how big a "tube" i'm looking for it's possible. i tried to vent her, and it looks like a female, but there is little difference in the size of the holes (this sounds so wrong). He kept after attacking her underside and belly area.
