If you look closely its the reflection of the road that is causing the front glass to look like its full of salt or something. The glass does not have to be removed.
Btw they under estimated (rarely seen with regards to tanks) if the tank is 64x19.5x29 that equals 156.68 U.S. gallons
The tank is being sold by fish gallery.. that is why its cheap and why it looks like that. The craigslisting where its located at gives it away everytime. I dont see anything posted to "kirby@59" unless its a tank from Fish Gallery.
