I went and talked to the owner... he said it ws already sold pending pickup... chairs are available still though. Not bad for $5

It was called Hunan River. The new restaurant will be a mexican restaurant/wine bar. The new owner seems very nice and will be keeping the pond that is on the property.

Since you went over there, what condition was the tank and stand? Any extras laying around?

The tank as in decent condition - no huge scratches. The stand is worth scrapping IMO. There is a wet/dry in the garbage bin outside. I didn't notice any other extras.
