Hi, I am new to this forum, I was excited to find this one.
I am on a couple of other forums, but you guys are "local"!
I am a registered nurse, live in Portland, TX, just north of Corpus Christi.
I just sent my last kid off to college, so just me and the spousal unit at home.... with 2 dogs, a cat, 2 birds, my son's 13 year old leopard gecko, and a whole bunch of fish tanks! (and of course, I need more)
Prestently I have a 90 gal mixed mbuna tank in the living room, 2 55's in my bedroom, one with a colony of demasoni, the other with a group of L. caeruleus, and M. Zebra Chilumba. I am also turning my son's game room into my fish room, I have a 20H planted tank, a 20L (to house julies or shellies) 2 10's and a 5'5 for QT and fry, and an empty 29, I want to put some N. helianthus in. (I'm not suffering from "empty nest" too bad, ha!)
I am still sending thoughts and prayers for all of you from Houston and
all the areas affected by Hurrican Ike.
glad to join your forum!
