Tabs,fretz N stuff

Which one is a good source of nutrients for my plants

I have seen some root tabs and some things in peets mart but r they good
if not what could be?????

It will depend on what kind of plants you have . Root tabs or substrate fertilizers are good for root feeders like crypts and swords. Stems plants appreciate fertilization through water column.

Got rotala some westeria most stem plants i got some flourish from seachem
but dont think is enough put a cap full once every 3 days or so but rotala with roots all over place tryin to get nutrients though
