As per a previous post, I am about to upgrade my lights. I also decided to replace the excisting glass tops, probably with acrylic. The ones I have are all white with deposits underneath. I could try various remedies to remove it all, but acrylic would let more light through anyway.
My real issue is that my center brace (like 10" wide - its a 150g with a single brace) also has deposits underneath. Its not like I don't clean it! Every water change I use my glass scrubber to get the worst off. But still the overall effect is that it looks like white glass! How can I clean this safely without hurting my fish?
