I saw a young angel in an angel community tank tonight. It is a 125 with about 10 angels some stumps and a few kinds of plants. There was one (hopefully more) baby with a body about "dime" size. The fish are always spawning in the tank ,but I don't do anything to take care of young and of course they disappear about a day after free swimming.

Re: "Natural" breeding angels
Angels are prolific breeders when they start... Ask Mike.. he has like 4 tanks with over 300+ young in them and they grow fast.. His first batch was back in mid Jan and he just moved them into his 300g grow out tank.. They are getting all dime size now... so you have young that are about 30-45 days old.

Re: "Natural" breeding angels
How do you take care of the babies? My koi angels breed for like the 3rd time and i cut the leaf with eggs and put them in a hatchery of some type. The first two times they layed eggs, they ate them.
The babies are now swimming around but very tiny (maybe a 1 old if that). What should i do next?
