It looks to me to be a honduran Red point or potentially a Panamanian.  The convicts stripes are complete there is no break in them.  Honduran and Panamanians dont have complete striping.

Judging by the fact that crash83 mentions hrp's in the first sentence, I'm inclined to believe that they are Honduran Red Points.
                          Scarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.
Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

this might just be because i am not experienced, but i thought i read in several places that the distinction between the honduran red point and convict is still a controvery (as in some thing its a color/regional variant of convict and other think it is a separate species) - with many reporting less aggression in the honduran variant - personally i have only had pink convict
                            65 gallon - ADA 120p - planted
55 gallon - AGA standard - mix cichlid
                            30 gallon tall - eclipse acrylic - semi-planted

                            live and let live

Hondurans can be aggressive, but convicts can be nasty little guys.
They are related but they are separate species, because they dont look the same and are not found in the same waters in the wild.
