  • New To Board

I was recommended to this board from the good people of ADG. I have fish now for the past 6 years stared with the 75 gallon i used to keep a softshell turtle in. When I started keeping cichlids I kept mainly Africans for about a year. Went form there to all south Americans  2-oscars 8" and 10" one Texas 7" and 1 jack 8". Ending up getting a 47 gallon had it for 2 years during this time and it was to small. Got rid of the 47 kept the 75 and now have a 75 and 95 Wave. This is starting to consume all my time. Been married for 11 years have 3 children and a total of 20 fish. Hereis a couple of  pics of my tank set up about 2 weeks ago. By the way how do you take a good pic when the water is in the tank they always seem to come out blurry for me. Jabear32

    Howdy,

Welcome to the box jabear32. Nice looking tank. I can't help with the pictures, but I'm sure you'll get some positive feed back soon.

       Welcome to HFB!

What kinds of fish do you currently have?

What do you have in the Wave? It looks like a very nice tank.  :)

As for the pictures, the whole picture looks kinda blurry, actually - not just the tank. Are you doing anything different when you're taking pictures of the filled tank?

        Welcome to the BOx!

Try propping the camera on something or using a tripod....from the looks of the picture I think it's you shaking...possibly the ISO settings with the flash on is higher then when the flash is off causing it to pick up on the shaking.

The tank is great and looks great. I had to pick it up when Aquatic world on jones rd was going out of business for under 600 there was no stopping the the voice in my head that said I had to have the tank. And when I saw the price online and at petsmart for the 65 gallon I almost fell over. had the wife say we should turn it and get a bigger tank but I really like the look.

I like the rocks in the tank... I'd love to seen it fully set up!

Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.
