Air Gas is a place at the corner of Fairbanks North Houston and Old Hwy 6 that I have used.  
Not near me but I frequent the area since family lives close.    The reason I chose them is when I first started using CO2 the stand under my 180 was open so purchased a new cyclinder.   No one wanted to return my cyclinder to me.   Since I had to "look" at this for months on end that was not an option.    
Air Gas fills mine and has done it for p/u later same day and also while I wait if they are not busy.    Don't recall the price but there was no difference to speak of.      If you want it back while you wait it would be best to call.
With the closed stand under the 300 I have now it is not an issue.   Don't have the phone # in hand but can't miss the place since they are the entire corner.

Fairbanks and hwy 6? what area is that?

I need to find a place that replaces as well.

I am going to Spring Branch but not sure what that area is called.

I come in off the Beltway to Hwy 290 go towards Houston.   First exit off Hwy 290 is Fairbanks N Houston go right.    Short distance to old Hempstead Highway  [ oops! may be called that there].    On the left corner before you cross highway/railroad tracks.      BIG place as they do up to serving storage units.
