    Welcome
'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'
He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'

Hanson77 I didn't know you where following the 12 step fish tank program.

              1.  Admit you have a liking to Fish tanks
              2.  Understand that after you get one fish tank there is a power that is greater than you that tells you, to get more.
              3.  You have made the decision to turn around and not buy more fish than you can feed.
              4.  Search all your inventory of your fish tank parts and made sure they are clean and in working order.
              5.  Admit to others that owning just ONE fish tank is not possible.
              6.  Make ready for others to help you by removing your additional fish, fry and spare parts you no longer can handle.
              7.  Humbly ask others to buy your additional fish, fry and spare parts you no longer can handle.
              8.  Make a list of all the people you have sold Fry, fish or other parts to, so you can go back to them and ask them if they want more when situations like those arrive again.
              9.  Keep contact with those who buy your stuff, to allow you the best customer service for everyone.
              10. Continue to take inventory of all your fish so you know if any are missing, and correct any problem which might arise.
              11. Think of your fish often; don’t leave them alone for long periods of time.   Understand they need you too.
              12. Bring these to others.  Make them understand why owning a fish tank is important for the good health and mind.

              Keep smiling :)

PS this is my 12 step list... if you don't like it, change it :)  its meant as something funny :)

                    Re: HOWDY EVERYONE!

I cannot tell you how close I was the other day to putting down $550 on a brand new 210G Reef tank at Ultimate Fish.  I went to the store to check them out,  and they had a tank which was delivered from the factory with a blemish on the side of it.  Get a black plastic strip from Home Depot to cover up the blemish and you would never know.  But I didn't have a way to take it home and I don't have a stand etc..   and I am about to have surgery which I have to pay for so right now all I can do is look and dream.

Btw Brandy, when I get time to get another tank set up etc... I would love to hear where you got your stand, and or who built it and get some working dimensions for it.  I am thinking (since my roommate is a wood worker for fun) that he could build something similar for me.   I think your stand is absolute beautiful :)

Thank you for having me! And Thank you Mzungu he is very loved. He is the reason my tanks keep getting bigger and bigger.  I will be sad when he leaves me. Someone said they only live for 8-10 years, and he has passed that along time ago!!
