Added a couple new species-Crypt. lutea (right front) and Lud. peruensis (supposedly) red plant in front.  Gave the tank its first trim since the move a month or so ago.

I trimmed the HM (I only know it as baby tears....) frequently now-I used to let it grow 6-8" tall.

I thought my 200 watts was alot for my 75 gallon.  I love how tall your Apon ulvacious is in the big tank.

                        Beautimus

How long does it take you to trim it or do you have an underwater mower?
'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'
He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'

It takes about 20-30 minutes per week to trim.  Not too bad.  Thats actually an A. crispus-I've never seen one that big....
Had some A. ulvaceous but I got tired of the leaves tearing off and clogging the filter.
