It's never expired before...I think it has gone on vacation. *:D

I had the same question a while back. *It seems the edit button is available until another post is added. *I thought I had lost my mind, but the folks here returned it to me *:D

well, I couldn't "edit" the first post in this thread so I think it has gone AWOL

^^^ I meant to say that I couldn't edit it right after I posted it

Hmmm, I just posted and it's not on mine either and there's not a follow up post.

Even at the lower right bottom it says "You cannot edit your posts in this forum" Hmmmm . . . we used to be able to.

Sorry guys. I think I had something to do with that. That's what I get for not testing properly. * *I can't do it right now though. Running out of the door.

I have been keeping an eye on the edit button, and it seems that some topics have it and some don't. Now I posted something in the Smoking cache topic about the 125 for sale, and I couldn't edit it, but szid was posting right behind me. Then I posted in the Spring Auction and the edit button was there. Hmmm . . . sorry Ken! Not a real big deal, just makes us have to be more careful!

Oh - this one says I can edit my post! FYI!

I noticed one of my posts that did not have the edit button available and there was not a post after mine. *I know it's not available after there's another post.

sorry, I made an announcement in another post. The edit button is back in all but the Fish Market. I wanted to take away the opportunity for someone to pull a bait and switch routine.

It is available for me after there is another post, all I loose is the ability to delete it...
