A few more.  None of these are for sale.  These are a few of my favorites in my collection.

There's a lot of misconceptions in keeping Discus.  All of mine are grown in tap water.  The calcium in our water makes discus grow much faster.

          Dan,

If you ever get tired of your "brown eyed marlboro reds" as I call them, (sorry, forgot their real name), just let me know!

            Those are absolutely stunning!

What are the colors called of the bottom left one in the first post and the bottom ones in the second post?

I think you're refering to the brown fish throwback from a Malboro Red pair.  You never know what's in the genetics of a fish.

                  Thank you Ellen.

The pic of the bottom left is a breeding I crossed with a San Merah female and a Tomato Red male.

The orange/red fishes are Golden Red Melons.

don't they get bored swiming around in an empty tank?

                        Hi Logan,
Actual discus do much better in a barebottom tank.  They're healthier so they're much happier.  Come visit and see. :)

Well, at least he's in a good home!  He probably wouldn't have been the boss in my tank.  That spunky little Intermediate runs the tank.  He's one of the smaller ones and he has no fear .

                              HI GCD!

Would love to come visit your tanks sometime but i'm up in the woodlands. I was on your site and saw this discus.

Its labled tomato red on the site but I can't find a fish this attractive under that name ANYWHERE. Do you have any of these still?

Also, whats the BIGGEST discus you've heard of, any particularly LARGE types?
