Fish Ranch II on Larkwood generally has a good variety of Rainbowfish.
Village Tropical generally has some too. I'm sure most stores have them actually, but those are the only stores that I frequent. Is there a type of rainbowfish tat you are looking for?
    Scarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.
Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

Well, there are a lot that I like but, I can't seem to find them.  I'd like any of these:

      Melanotaenia Irian Jaya
      Glossolepis incisus
      Melanotaenia lacustris Turquoise Rainbow
      Melanotaenia Praecox
      Melanotaenia herbertaxelrodi
      Melanotaenia parva

I'll try calling those stores to ask tomorrow.

Well one of the advantages of have a list of all the LFS is that you can call them and ask about current stock rather than burning a tank of gas and not getting anywhere.
'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'
He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'

          2 75s, 125,55,25 and 14 gallon tank
          .

I'm bumping this back up to write that I loved the Fish Ranch II.  They had a great selection of fish AND plants!  Even though it's a bit of a drive, I'll definately go back.
