    Re: tank repair

This is a case of cheaper to replace than to pay for repairs. Now, if you want to get the material and do it yourself, then it is worthwhile. Otherwise the labor charges would eat you up.
Consider my posts as general information based on personal experiences, and in most cases, far oversimplified. Actual mileage may vary. Don't try this at home. If symptoms persist, contact your physician.

Aqua Zoo on Highway 3 near El Dorado either does this kind of work or is setting up to do this kind of work soon. If you like ask them for a quote.

        Re: tank repair

For a tank that size or larger you have to dismantle completely and clean.  Then put back together.  If it just gets repaired ( that one side ) you are gonna have problems again in a few months.
